IXIO sensor ST

IXIO-ST sensor (also known as BEA IXIO-ST) is a compact safety/presence-only sensor designed specifically for pedestrian automatic sliding doors.

It is a single-technology sensor that uses active infrared (AIR) curtains for presence detection (it detects people or objects standing in the doorway and keeps the door safely open).

Unlike the dual-technology IXIO-DT models, the IXIO-ST does not include microwave radar for motion detection — it is intended to work alongside a separate motion sensor to provide complete door operation.
